The constant monitoring of assets is essential for a correct planning of orders.

On several occasions, we cannot be sure of the positions of the baskets containing the semi-finished products. Thanks to InfinityID’s RFID technology, it will be possible to monitor movement flows, even towards factories and contractors.

Features
01

Exact survey of baskets in use

By introducing a unique identifier for each basket, it will be possible to survey its exact number and monitor its state of maintenance during the use cycle

02

Correct tare weight of each basket

The identification of each individual basket allows to assign an exact weight and to keep it updated over time, thanks to the inclusion of a periodic weighing procedure within the cycle of use of the baskets.  The use of a RFID identification system on the baskets facilitates the automation of the survey and weight update processes

03

Positioning baskets on-site

Each basket can therefore be easily moved, even by massive RFID readings or simply by quick QR or barcode readings. The movements are monitored by InfinityID’s WMS system or made available to any third party system in real time

04

Automatic tracking of basket handling

By integrating RFID reading devices, it is possible to automate movements within the plant

05

Basket search via handheld android RFID device

The functionality of baskets search is available via portable RFID device with Item locator function, which allows you to track them even at various distances

06

Order-Basket combination

The possibility of combining each basket with a specific order is another advantage of using a unique identifier, replacing the classic sheet of paper with digital supports that obtain information through the detection of the serial number of each basket
